I've been a diver for twelve years and an instructor for six of those! My early days of diving started down around Al Birk in Arabia. I got hooked with encounters, such as manta rays, hammerhead sharks and pilot whales, all of these in my first twenty dives or so! Over the years I still never get bored with even the most routine of dives. Every dive is an adventure, you never what is going to turn up! Now I'm back in Arabia and I just get so excited with all the new species of fauna I'm finding from the Tabuk dive sites!

My diving has taken me around the world. Such the Red Sea on the west coast of Arabia, from Tabuk, to Jeddah, to Al Birk down to the Farasan Islands. My other haunts have been The Maldives, Mediterranean (Cyprus) and the Andaman Sea (Thailand).

My instructional career has built up much experience over the years. I love to teach diving and have certified many divers from beginner to Dive Master, some going on to become instructors themselves! My experience has covered both adult and junior certifications. I also teach first aid and oxygen administration. In Thailand I built and ran my own PADI 5 Star Dive Centre until I sold it at the end of 2011. I am an Aqua Lung service technician, qualified to service and repair a range of regulators, I operate my own breathing air compressors and maintain them to provide the best quality air for scuba diving.

In Thailand I also operated as a BSAC instructor.

I am also a DAN Instructor qualified to issue DAN certifications in oxygen administration for scuba related emergencies.

My next goal is to become a PADI IDCS instructor. This will enable me to teach and certify divers up to PADI Assistant Instructor and to help them prepare for full Instructor training.
